About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the equity landscape, including the design, rollout, and administration of long-term incentive and employee share purchase programs
  • Initiate and deliver global compensation-related projects to improve the C&B portfolio and support mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
  • Monitor market trends and provide benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the compensation portfolio
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR and business leaders on equity and compensation matters
  • Prepare decision documents for stakeholders while coordinating with legal, tax, and accounting departments
  • Lead and optimize global compensation processes, such as annual merit processes and equity allocations
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and equity administration providers

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Human Resources, Finance, or similar)
  • Relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or Controlling within a large multinational company
  • Proven experience in equity design and/or administration
  • Experience leading multinational projects and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with SAP
