About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of the equity landscape, including the design, rollout, and administration of long-term incentive and employee share purchase programs
- Initiate and deliver global compensation-related projects to improve the C&B portfolio and support mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
- Monitor market trends and provide benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the compensation portfolio
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR and business leaders on equity and compensation matters
- Prepare decision documents for stakeholders while coordinating with legal, tax, and accounting departments
- Lead and optimize global compensation processes, such as annual merit processes and equity allocations
- Manage relationships with external consultants and equity administration providers
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Human Resources, Finance, or similar)
- Relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or Controlling within a large multinational company
- Proven experience in equity design and/or administration
- Experience leading multinational projects and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Experience with SAP
