Responsibilities
- Manage contract management and support account piloting
- Guarantee global service quality from international support centers (quality, response time, cost, and compliance)
- Participate in strategies to continuously improve service quality
- Organize and govern Performance Reviews with support centers
- Lead internal account reviews and client committees
- Co-facilitate steering committees with clients
- Communicate with all stakeholders
- Manage P&L, including billing from service centers and client billing supervision
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in project management or Service Delivery Management (SDM)
- Experience in P&L management
- Knowledge of the hospitality, catering, or retail industries is a plus
