Responsibilities

• Manage contract management and support account piloting
• Guarantee global service quality from international support centers (quality, response time, cost, and compliance)
• Participate in strategies to continuously improve service quality
• Organize and govern Performance Reviews with support centers
• Lead internal account reviews and client committees
• Co-facilitate steering committees with clients
• Communicate with all stakeholders
• Manage P&L, including billing from service centers and client billing supervision

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Proven experience in project management or Service Delivery Management (SDM)
• Experience in P&L management
• Knowledge of the hospitality, catering, or retail industries is a plus
