Consultant SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) solutions to digitalize shop floor processes.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Configure SAP DM capabilities including production execution, order management, traceability, and quality management.
• Support the integration of SAP DM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and shop floor systems such as IoT devices and automation platforms.
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Support presales activities through demonstrations and solution architecture design.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) or related technologies like SAP ME or SAP MII.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production logistics, and shop floor integration.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, including connected machines and IoT integration.
• Experience working in SAP implementation projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
