Consultant & Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and partners on specific solutions and create value propositions
• Lead proposal development including technical, commercial, and ROI positioning
• Support pipeline development, deal qualification, and strategic account engagement
• Structure deals and pricing models for autonomous building control and software platforms
• Develop and maintain channel-facing collateral and GTM materials
• Enable and train channel partners to position, deploy, and operate solutions
• Act as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering teams
• Capture market feedback and competitive insights to inform product strategy
• Maintain CRM accuracy including pipeline and reporting
• Support demos, events, and thought leadership activities

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales engineering, or technical support
• Strong understanding of building systems or HVAC
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and AI tools for workflow automation
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and self-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing CRM workflows and automation
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales and support
• Experience integrating tools across the customer lifecycle
• Startup experience
• Experience with contractors or MEP firms
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools for efficiency
