About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact to provide world-class support for GoDaddy products via chat
  • Resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for upselling products and services
  • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Utilize client-based tools for case management, data entry, and documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry processes, technology applications, and products
  • Achieve and maintain required performance metrics and team goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (B2 spoken) and English (B1 spoken) OR Spanish with English (B1 spoken)
  • Experience in a service or support center environment
  • Understanding of technical troubleshooting processes
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as agreed upon with the team
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
