About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact to provide world-class support for GoDaddy products via chat
- Resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for upselling products and services
- Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Utilize client-based tools for case management, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry processes, technology applications, and products
- Achieve and maintain required performance metrics and team goals
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Portuguese (B2 spoken) and English (B1 spoken) OR Spanish with English (B1 spoken)
- Experience in a service or support center environment
- Understanding of technical troubleshooting processes
- Ability to work flexible shifts as agreed upon with the team
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
