Consultant, Risk Control Testing

Responsibilities

• Execute control testing including walkthroughs, design, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Ensure all testing is properly documented in prescribed templates and in line with First Line of Defense (1LOD) methodology.
• Draft testing reports and incorporate feedback from Test Leads and Managers.
• Identify and escalate potential deficiencies and follow-up items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate risk areas and drive improved compliance.
• Assist with control projects and corporate risk initiatives as directed.

Requirements

• Graduation or above.
• 6+ years of experience in risk and control testing.
• Experience within the financial services industry, including regulatory experience.
• Strong knowledge of control frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work EMEA shift timings (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST).
