Consultant Rheumatology Expert

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, and connective tissue disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced biologic therapies and evidence-based protocols
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and musculoskeletal ultrasound
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, orthopedics, dermatology, and physiotherapy
• Monitor long-term disease progression and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Educate patients on chronic disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DHA and international standards
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified Rheumatology Specialist or Consultant (American Board, UK CCT, European Board, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5+ years of post-board experience
• DHA License eligibility or an active DHA license
