Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on real estate and sector industry trends
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to budget
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• 2-5 years of experience in consultancy or client-side environments
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation like Business Cases or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in sectors such as Defence, Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial
• Effective communication and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or Surveying
• Security Clearance (SC) or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in team leadership and project management
• Financial literacy and ability to conduct investment appraisals
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
