Consultant - Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities for health and social care clients
• Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate strategies, and property target operating models
• Support the development of healthcare estate strategies
• Author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
• Manage client relationships and influence key decisions
• Handle and analyze large datasets to evidence proposed solutions
• Demonstrate programme and project management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, MSP) or equivalent experience
• Experience in business case writing and development
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury 5 case model
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry qualification in Surveying, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Better Business Case Accreditation
• Experience in strategic infrastructure programmes within large organizations
• Experience as a project manager in Health or Social Care services
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis
