Consultant - Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities for health and social care clients
• Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate strategies, and property target operating models
• Support the development of healthcare estate strategies
• Author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
• Manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Analyze and present complex datasets to evidence proposed solutions
• Demonstrate programme and project management skills for capital projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, MSP) or equivalent experience
• Experience in business case writing and HM Treasury 5 case model
• Experience working in a client-side or consultancy environment
• Ability to manage change across multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong financial literacy and commercial understanding
• Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry qualifications in Surveying, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Better Business Case Accreditation
• Experience with strategic infrastructure programmes in large organizations
• Experience as a project manager within Health or Social Care services
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Power BI for data analysis
