Consultant, Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Control (sub-)projects in coordination with overall project management
• Apply a hypothesis-based approach to problem analyses and derive implementable recommendations
• Provide professional management and guidance to junior advisors
• Work on cross-functional projects within interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
• Develop and present storylines, boards, and project results to management-level customers

Requirements

• Master's degree from a recognized university
• Solid consulting experience in a leading strategy consultancy (within the last 2 years)
• Specialist experience within the automotive industry
• Practical experience working in intercultural environments
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and comprehension skills
