Consultant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met
• Provide strategic advice during project conception stages
• Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Monitor project finances and manage information flow between teams and clients
• Produce formal project progress reports

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects
• Experience in a consultancy environment is essential
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable
