About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Provide strategic advice during project conception stages
- Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
- Manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues
- Establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
- Monitor and advise on project finances and progress reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects
- Experience in a consultancy environment is essential
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable
