Responsibilities

• Manage consulting and market research projects, including client debriefing and establishing project methodologies
• Allocate project resources and manage division of labor within the project team to ensure high-quality reporting
• Write pre-project proposals to support the team in winning new business
• Lead the construction and analysis of data-related programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for a pharmaceutical-related background
• At least 4 years of experience in consulting or market research
• Proven industry experience within the pharmaceutical and oncology sectors
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• High stress tolerance and effective problem-solving abilities
