About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage cleft lip and palate conditions across pediatric and adult patients
- Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ENT, plastic surgery, orthodontics, speech therapy, and pediatrics
- Develop individualized treatment plans and surgical strategies
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical outcomes
- Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and continuous medical education activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree with recognized specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Fellowship/Board Certification in relevant specialty
- DOH License Eligibility or active DOH License
- Minimum 5+ years of consultant-level experience
- Strong expertise in cleft lip & palate management and reconstructive surgery
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
