Consultant Pediatrician

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups to assess patients' health condition and development
• Evaluate patients to diagnose injuries, illnesses, and developmental problems
• Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information for underlying issues
• Direct and coordinate the patient care team, including specialist consultations
• Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations
• Communicate effectively with patients and parents regarding treatment plans and proactive health management

Requirements

• Board Certified Pediatrician
• Minimum of 5 years post-specialty experience in pediatrics
• Comprehensive knowledge of newborn and adolescent care, including immunization
• Ability to manage emergency medical situations
• Mandatory fluency in Arabic
• Excellent communication skills and empathy towards patients and families
