Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose pediatric rheumatic conditions, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, lupus, and vasculitis
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies, blood work, and biopsies
• Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs and optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for complex cases
• Offer guidance and support to families regarding treatment protocols and long-term management
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in pediatric rheumatology
• Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatric Rheumatology
• Board certification in Pediatric Rheumatology
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing complex rheumatic and autoimmune conditions in children
• Western-trained education or experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families
