Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized medical care to pediatric patients with respiratory disorders such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, and bronchitis
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnostic tests, and interpret results
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on advancements in pediatric pulmonology and incorporate new techniques into practice
• Participate in medical education and training for healthcare professionals and students
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Specialized training in pediatric pulmonology (diploma, board certification, or fellowship)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a pediatric pulmonologist
• Western education or training is required
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
