About the role

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with ear, nose, and throat disorders
Diagnose and manage conditions such as ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and speech disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide expert consultation to other medical professionals regarding pediatric ENT cases
Perform surgical procedures when necessary
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Licensed physician with specialization in Pediatrics and Otolaryngology (ENT)
Western-trained education or professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a reputable medical facility
Proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a pediatric setting
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
Patient-centered approach with a dedication to compassionate care for children and families
