Consultant Pediatric ENT

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric ENT disorders including airway abnormalities, ear infections, hearing disorders, and sinus diseases
• Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures such as adenotonsillectomy, tympanostomy tube insertion, and airway surgery
• Evaluate and manage pediatric airway emergencies and complex ENT conditions
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, pulmonologists, and speech therapists
• Develop individualized treatment and postoperative care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT) with subspecialty training in Pediatric ENT
• Valid DOH Consultant License or Eligibility Letter in ENT/Otolaryngology
• Minimum 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in Pediatric ENT
• Strong expertise in pediatric airway management and ENT surgical procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric airway reconstruction and complex head & neck procedures
• Exposure to multidisciplinary pediatric craniofacial and airway programs
• Academic and research experience
