Consultant, Patient-Centered Research

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic insights and recommendations to clients
• Partner with Scientific Leads to develop study materials and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews and interviews
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to meet client needs
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and facilitate workshops
• Participate in business development and support the proposal development process
• Manage project workstreams and oversee junior project team members
• Lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, COA/PRO, patient preference, or real-world evidence methods
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in report writing and facilitating meetings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships within multi-disciplinary and international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
