Consultant Partner Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of sophisticated partner projects and drive strategic partner planning within the Professional Services team.
• Own strategic partner planning with an 18–24 month horizon and drive local engagement in key countries.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Dell Technology Services (DTS) field delivery and sales teams to provide variable partner subcontracting delivery models.
• Drive integrated global and theatre partner programs aligned to Line of Business (LOB) needs.
• Utilize matrix and influencing skills to manage relationships across Delivery, Resource Management, Field Operations, Service Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
• Develop globally consistent partner subcontracting programs and metrics to measure quality and performance.
• Support financial management goals, including annual AOP alignment and residency advisory efforts.
• Represent the partner component to support service sales and delivery across the CEEMETA region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy development and program or partner management.
• Strong understanding of service delivery models and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management within a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong product, technology, or industry knowledge with the ability to execute.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively to engage with partners in-region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
