Consultant Ophthalmologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye diseases and conditions
• Perform advanced ophthalmic surgical procedures including cataract and glaucoma surgeries
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide pre-operative and post-operative care
• Educate patients and families on ocular health and preventive care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards and regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology from an accredited institution
• Active and valid license to practice as an Ophthalmologist
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist
• Proven expertise in performing complex ophthalmic surgeries
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
