Requirements

Medical degree, Valid certification, License to practice as Consultant Ophthalmologist, Experience in eye disease diagnosis, Surgical expertise

Surgery

Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess patient medical histories
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as visual fields, OCT scans, and intraocular pressure measurements
Diagnose and manage various ocular diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal diseases
Perform ophthalmic surgical procedures, including cataract extraction and refractive surgeries
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating medical, surgical, and laser therapies
Monitor patient progress and manage postoperative care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ophthalmology developments through continuous professional development

Medical degree with valid certification and license to practice as a Consultant Ophthalmologist
Proven experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of eye diseases and conditions
Expertise in performing a variety of ophthalmic surgical procedures
Strong clinical knowledge of the latest ophthalmology treatment techniques and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
