Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to women of all ages
• Manage routine and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and endometriosis
• Conduct prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care, including ultrasounds and patient counseling
• Perform normal deliveries, Caesarean sections, and gynecological procedures as required
• Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and fertility options
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain updated knowledge of advancements in obstetrics and gynecology practices

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• American Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 7 years of Consultant-level experience
• At least 3 years of experience within the UAE or GCC region
• Valid DHA or MOH license as a Consultant OB/GYN
• Western education and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
