Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Responsibilities

• Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for high- and low-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological surgeries including laparoscopy, hysterectomy, and fertility-related procedures
• Diagnose and treat menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and hormonal conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, anesthetists, and fertility specialists
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement
• Provide patient education and promote preventive women’s health strategies

Requirements

• Medical Degree and Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5–7 years of post-certification experience
• Eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship or subspecialty training (e.g., Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology)
• Arabic language proficiency
