Consultant MEP

Responsibilities

• Participate in acquisition and sale audits of existing properties and project developments across all asset classes (MEP/TGA sub-sector) as part of Technical Due Diligence
• Conduct document reviews, site inspections, and technical assessments including cost estimation and compliance with building and legal requirements
• Perform condition assessments for heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, elevator technology, electrical, MSR/GLT, and technical fire protection
• Participate in internal quality control for costs and reports within the TGA sub-sector
• Monitor projects for new and existing buildings
• Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management or planning within the TGA/MEP sector, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management
• Proficiency in assessing construction and repair costs and condition assessments
• Deep knowledge in at least one TGA trade and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong knowledge of standards, guidelines, and new developments in the TGA field
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
• Fluency in German and good English, or vice versa
