Consultant Manager Transformation Financière et Technologique F/H

Responsibilities

• Support CFOs and executive committees in large-scale financial and technological transformation projects
• Analyze client needs and assist in selecting consolidation tools (SAP, Onestream, Tagetik, Oracle, etc.)
• Draft IT roadmaps and oversee the implementation of chosen solutions
• Modernize financial information systems and restructure reporting tools
• Implement new financial and extra-financial standards (IFRS, CSRD, ESG, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including planning and committee organization
• Supervise and mentor teams of consultants
• Drive business development activities for the team

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top business or engineering school, or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Consolidation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or audit
• Proficiency in consolidation tools (SAP BFC, Onestream, Tagetik, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong project management skills and strategic vision
• Minimum B2 level of English (both written and spoken)
• Proven leadership and managerial experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSRD and ESG reporting standards
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
