Consultant Manager - Management Strategy & Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Advise financial services leaders on growth, operational optimization, and digital transformation strategies.
• Lead high-impact consulting missions involving strategic framing and opportunity studies.
• Optimize business processes, customer experience, and operational models for banking, insurance, and asset management clients.
• Manage and develop the skills of junior consultants within diverse project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting.
• Deep expertise in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial potential and ability to support business growth.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral).
• Proactive, rigorous, and entrepreneurial mindset.
