Consultant Manager Corporate Treasury Services

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation projects for corporate treasury functions and risk management
• Assist in the integration or divestment of business branches regarding treasury setups
• Review and improve internal control processes for treasury activities based on best practices
• Advise on the selection and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS), payment systems, and cash management tools
• Conduct high-value analysis on complex operations such as debt restructuring, hedging, and financial instrument reporting
• Analyze the impact of new regulations on financial information presentation and processes
• Evaluate the impact of emerging trends like AI, cryptocurrency, and ESG issues on corporate treasury
• Participate in business development, tender management, and the technical supervision of junior consultants

Requirements

• Degree from a business school, engineering school, or university specializing in market finance or treasury
• At least 5 years of professional experience in treasury, market finance (corporate or banking), audit, or consulting
• Expertise in treasury management or market finance
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills, synthesis capabilities, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
