Consultant Manager Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Establish consolidated financial statements using French or IFRS standards
• Implement, secure, and optimize consolidation processes and group structures
• Lead high-value projects including IFRS conversions and new accounting standard implementations
• Manage specific operations such as acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and changes in shareholding
• Supervise and mentor team members, overseeing operational mission delivery and skill development
• Support business development by identifying client opportunities and preparing commercial proposals

Requirements

• Master 2, Engineering degree, or equivalent higher education from a Business School
• At least 5 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or consulting
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex technical subjects
• Knowledge of consolidation software (e.g., BFC, HFM, Viareport, Amelkis)
