Consultant Manager Consolidation (AAS)

Responsibilities

• Establish consolidated financial statements using French or IFRS standards
• Implement, secure, and optimize consolidation processes and group structures
• Lead high-value projects including IFRS conversions and new accounting standard implementations
• Support specific operations such as acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs
• Manage and mentor junior team members, overseeing operational mission delivery
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and preparing commercial proposals

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or consulting
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Knowledge of consolidation software (e.g., BFC, HFM, Viareport, Amelkis)
• Proven ability to manage complex technical subjects and lead teams
