Consultant Manager Accounting Standards (AAS)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IFRS consultations on complex issues such as acquisition accounting, revenue recognition, lease identification, and stock option plans
• Support clients through IFRS conversions during acquisitions or market operations
• Implement new IFRS standards (e.g., IFRS 18) and update accounting manuals
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients regarding accounting standards and regulatory evolutions
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School, Master's in Accounting, or similar)
• At least 5 years of experience with regular IFRS practice through consulting, audit, or a corporate accounting department
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a high level of rigor
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English
