Consultant Maintenance Planning

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in optimizing the use of Spacewell software, focusing on maintenance planning and asset solutions
• Advise clients on maintenance processes and translate their needs into practical software solutions
• Provide training and offer second-line support for complex technical questions
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and product features
• Identify and leverage new growth opportunities within existing and potential client accounts

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
• Strong affinity with IT, including both hardware and software
• Proven experience in real estate maintenance and SaaS software
• Knowledge of asset management, compliance, and NEN2767 (experience with BOEI is a plus)
• Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English
• Valid Driver's License B and willingness to travel to client sites
