Consultant Junior Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Advise international groups, investment funds, and SMEs on acquisitions, partnerships, divestments, and financing projects.
• Support clients in analyzing risks and opportunities related to transactions.
• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence and preliminary target diagnostics.
• Optimize divestment and separation processes.
• Assist with data room management and define contractual price adjustment mechanisms.
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for acquirers.

Requirements

• Degree from a top business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree with a specialization in finance.
• Previous successful experience (internship or apprenticeship) in audit, M&A, investment funds, or corporate acquisition projects.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
