Consultant Junior Finance Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support organizational transformation, including shared service centers and global business services
• Optimize financial processes and assist in performance management through business plan design and financial modeling
• Drive digital transformation by implementing financial tools such as process mining, RPA, and AI
• Assist in data analysis using data visualization and predictive analytics
• Support green finance initiatives by helping finance departments implement ESG and sustainable finance strategies
• Provide financial support for integration and separation projects

Requirements

• Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
• Previous successful internship or apprenticeship in audit, consulting, or operational finance roles
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Dynamic, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
