Consultant Interventional Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures including angioplasty, stenting, embolization, biopsies, and drainages
• Interpret imaging studies such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound to guide procedures and diagnose conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient-centered treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
• Mentor junior radiologists and contribute to clinical education and training
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Board Certification in Radiology with a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology
• Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship experience in interventional procedures
• Western-trained (UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent)
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Strong diagnostic, procedural, and leadership abilities
