Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of neuro-interventional procedures, including endovascular treatment of aneurysms, AVMs, and mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke
• Execute carotid and intracranial stenting and spinal vascular interventions
• Interpret advanced neuroimaging studies such as CT, MRI, and angiography to provide accurate diagnostic reports
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Participate in emergency neuro-interventional procedures for acute stroke and trauma cases
• Contribute to the teaching and mentoring of junior doctors and engage in clinical research
• Ensure all practices adhere to evidence-based medicine and international clinical standards

Requirements

• Medical degree with a completed Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology
• Board certification in Radiology or Neuroradiology
• Eligibility for licensing with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Proven expertise in neuro-interventional procedures and advanced imaging interpretation
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
