Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of neuro-interventional procedures, including endovascular treatment of aneurysms, AVMs, and mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke.
• Execute carotid and intracranial stenting and spinal vascular interventions.
• Interpret advanced neuroimaging studies such as CT, MRI, and angiography to provide accurate diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in emergency neuro-interventional procedures for acute stroke and trauma cases.
• Contribute to clinical research, teaching, and the mentoring of junior medical staff.
• Maintain adherence to evidence-based practices and international clinical standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree with a completed Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology.
• Board certification in Radiology or Neuroradiology.
• Eligibility for licensing with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Proven expertise in neuro-interventional procedures and advanced imaging interpretation.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
