Consultant, Intercompany Arrangements Office

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments (IRQ, DDQ) and conduct end-to-end quality checks across the relationship lifecycle.
• Log deficiencies, engage stakeholders for remediation, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Manage contracting and inventory by updating central repositories and ensuring Service Descriptions meet required standards.
• Prepare monthly ICA metrics, incident trigger reports, and track open issues from regulators or 2LoD/3LoD.
• Conduct annual and semi-annual reviews of registers, lists, and inventories to ensure data reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing executive dashboards and management reporting slides regarding ICA standards and project status.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Post-graduation degree (CA or MBA preferred).
• Strong expertise in risk management, governance, control, and compliance.
• Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with Coupa CRA and SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and build stakeholder alignment.
