Consultant Insurance Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise insurance clients on digitalization, system integrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
• Design innovative data-driven insurance strategies, focusing on both functional and technical execution.
• Support the digital transformation of business processes and organizational structures.
• Implement new digital technologies, including AI, Data, and Cloud solutions, for global clients.
• Consult on the conception and implementation of operational and strategic goals for insurance companies.
• Participate in core system transformations with software partners such as Guidewire or SAP.

Requirements

• University degree in Insurance, Business, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of implementation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or ITIL.
• Experience in Business Process Design and/or software testing.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, Data, Cloud technologies, and insurance core systems.
• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level).
• Ideally, initial professional experience through internships or working student roles within the insurance sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in project management or ITIL.
• Experience with specific insurance system architectures.
