About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate critical production incident resolution and crisis cells
- Perform recurrence analysis using Pareto methods and contribute to problem management
- Monitor support performance through SLA tracking, KPI improvement, and backlog management
- Oversee high-impact changes and participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB)
- Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on knowledge and optimizing incident processes
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +3 degree with experience in large-scale incident management projects
- ITIL certification
- Proficiency with market ITSM tools and English fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment
