About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric hematologic and oncologic conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and stem cell transplantation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, radiologists, and pediatric surgeons to provide comprehensive care.
- Implement evidence-based protocols to enhance treatment efficacy and patient safety.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to advancements in pediatric cancer therapies.
- Educate families on treatment options, disease progression, and supportive care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and maintain international standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Pediatric Hematology & Oncology.
- Must hold UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in pediatric hematology-oncology.
- Expertise in managing complex pediatric cancers and hematologic disorders.
- Eligibility for medical licensing in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
