About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for adults
- Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to personal needs and goals
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Oversee therapeutic interventions including medication management and crisis interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies
Requirements
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Section 12 approval
- Specialist Register (CCT)
- Previous experience in a similar role
