Responsibilities

Depending on your expertise, you will work within one of the following areas:

• Project Management: Lead technical and business-driven projects in areas such as process/production, procurement, development, or automation. Manage change processes and stakeholders to ensure delivery within schedule and budget.
• Quality and Safety: Drive quality improvements and ensure products and processes meet high safety and performance standards. Work with quality management systems and supplier development.
• Change Management and Business Development: Lead initiatives to implement new working methods, processes, and technologies to generate business value.
• Functional Safety: Work with safety-critical systems to ensure compliance with functional safety standards, focusing on systems security, maintenance, ILS, and/or CE marking, particularly within defense and industry.

Requirements

• Academic degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of professional experience within manufacturing industry
• Experience working in or leading projects
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo a security clearance (required for certain defense-related assignments)
• Communicative and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
