About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychiatric care to children and adolescents within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Offer clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in clinical meetings and liaise with families and external agencies
- Maintain documentation in accordance with NHS standards
Requirements
- GMC registration
- Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register with a CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Experience in CAMHS and community-based mental health services
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
