About the role
Responsibilities
- Work within general adult mental health services within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
- Develop and oversee treatment plans
- Provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in clinical reviews and case discussions
- Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with NHS standards
Requirements
- GMC registration
- Section 12 approval
- Approved Clinician status
- Experience in general adult psychiatry, particularly within CMHT settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
