About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) settings
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with personality disorders and complex mental health needs
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development
- Offer clinical supervision and support to junior medical staff
- Ensure full compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation
Requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register (CCT)
- Extensive experience in Adult Psychiatry, particularly in managing complex cases and personality disorders
