About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for adults
- Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Oversee therapeutic interventions, medication management, and crisis interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies
Requirements
- Full GMC licence to practice
- Relevant previous experience in a similar position
- Section 12/RC approval is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Approved clinician status
