About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), and Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
- Formulate individualised treatment plans
- Act as the Responsible Clinician (RC)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant mental health legislation and clinical standards
Requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Section 12 approval
- Approved Clinician status
- Experience in adult psychiatry across inpatient, CMHT, and PICU settings
- Strong clinical and communication skills
